Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Carefully place your item in its original Fairfax & Roberts presentation box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, warranties, and tags are included.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers have inspected the item to confirm its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
